The programme was conducted by the district administration and the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC).District Revenue Officer M. Visweswara Naidu and GVMC Additional Commissioner Ramanamurthy flagged off the rally. Participants, including a large number of youth, raised slogans encouraging citizens to take part in the self-enumeration and digitally register their family details.
