Nagar police have registered a case against an unidentified man for allegedly abusing census enumerators and obstructing their work for the National Census–2027.According to the complaint, Veena, an enumerator assigned to Ward No. 43, had visited Peri Monarch Apartment near Sultanpalya Main Road, R.T. Nagar, on April 20 to collect census data. However, the accused resident allegedly refused to provide the required information. During a follow-up verification on April 25, Supervisor (Circle–2) Rashmi R. visited the same location. When she sought details regarding the number of flats and pending enumeration, the resident reportedly refused to cooperate, denied entry into the apartment premises, and obstructed the census work.
