A 76-year-old man residing in Birżebbuġa is at risk of dying after falling while he was on a ladder in the yard of a residence.The incident occurred at around 10.45am this morning, in Triq id-Duluri. Preliminary investigations revealed that the man fell approximately one storey.A medical team was called to the scene to provide assistance, and an ambulance transported him to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment, where he was certified as having suffered serious injuries.Magistrate Monica Borg Galea is leading an inquiry, while police investigations are still ongoing.•
