The Karnataka government has launched Bescom's 'HT Mitra' portal. This new online platform offers faster grievance redressal for industries and commercial establishments with high tension electricity connections. Developed by Bescom engineers, it allows customers to register complaints and track their status. This initiative aims to improve transparency and efficiency in service delivery for over 18,000 Bescom customers.
