Once it breaks below the lower parallel line, High 9 becomes a key level as it marks the beginning of the downward expansion. Low 8 is the point that started the rally toward High 9. This low is now at risk of being breached to the downside. If this happens, the price is clearly moving toward Low 0, the origin of the entire upward move that now appears to have ended. If High 9 is confirmed as a significant level by the breaking of Low 8, I will look for a pullback to hold. In other words, I want to see if a lower high can be established, with 9 remaining as the structural high, to begin building further downward structure.
