If this is for a long term job absolutely. But imo if they’re in a legitimate bind and this is a one time thing then they’re asking for help. Maybe begging but not choosing beggar. They’re being up front about everything it seems. Maybe it’s because where I’m from. Many would volunteer to do this for free to help a member of the community.
