No worries, I think I identified where the confusion happened, the simplified timeline was: Fracture > Hospital (imaging, boot, prescription) > Telehealth with my US GP for referral > Flight > Surgeon Appointment > Surgery And then in my original post the only doctor I mentioned was the emergency physician. I usually have a set way I tell the story so in taking out the detail irrelevant to this I may have taken out too much
