Sashastra Seema Bal apprehended Ranjeet Giri near the Indo-Nepal border in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh, seizing over 327 kg of marijuana valued at Rs 20 crore. Giri, a Bihar resident, was allegedly transporting the contraband from Nepal in a truck. He has been handed over to the Narcotics Control Bureau for further investigation into a suspected larger drug network.
