Balaam Barugahara has once again stepped forward with a firm commitment to support the family of the late Paul Job Kafeero, as they grapple with a long-standing DNA dispute that has caused deep divisions among his children.The controversy has led to tensions within the family, with some members questioning the paternity of others. Seeking a lasting resolution, Balaam revealed that he has engaged the Director of Forensics, Assistant Commissioner of Police Andrew K. Mubiru, to explore the possibility of conducting DNA tests for all the children believed to be Kafeero’s.According to Balaam, the plan involves facilitating the process through the forensic authorities in Naguru to conclusively settle the matter.
