A major drug bust occurred in Manipur. Narcotics Control Bureau, Assam Rifles, and Manipur Police seized heroin valued at ₹8.5 crore. Two individuals were arrested during the operation in Churachandpur District. The drugs originated from Myanmar. This successful operation disrupts drug trafficking networks along the Indo-Myanmar border. Efforts continue to make Manipur drug-free.
