House of Hiranandani has secured redevelopment rights for a 3-acre land parcel in Borivali (West), Mumbai, to build a premium residential project with a gross development value of over ₹3,000 crore. The project will span more than 7.6 lakh sq ft of saleable carpet area, including around 380 rehabilitation homes and over 850 units for the open market.
