The U.S. Commerce Department has imposed preliminary antidumping duties on solar cells and panels from India, Indonesia, and Laos. These tariffs, ranging from 22.46% to 123.04%, are the latest in a series of measures targeting cheap solar imports from Asia over the past decade.
