The Hyderabad City Security Council on Tuesday conducted a special helmet distribution drive across parts of the city in collaboration with Young Indians, aiming to promote safer commuting and curbing risky behaviour among two-wheeler riders.Organised under the aegis of the council’s Traffic Forum, the initiative targeted riders found travelling without helmets.
