This raises the probability significantly that price is headed to the gray box from here. There is still the chance that this entire move down has only been the (a) wave and thus could move higher for (b) next. I do not currently think that is the case but cannot completely rule it out either. If that were to be the case, then it would change the target area for minor A as well. In short, I am expecting price to continue down in the days to week to come targeting the 1.382-1.618 as the most likely termination points. As you know though, the standard target area is the 1.0-1.618 so this thing could bottom at $371. The last thing I want to point out is the confluence that the yellow and green fibs are creating. They're tracking the (a)-(b) & a-b patterns lower. The fact that these overlap the way that they do raises the probability this is indeed the pattern playing out. It isn't quite confirmation, but it does give much credit to the labeled structure in front of us.
