Absolutely appalling customer care and service repair

I sent my OnePlus phone in for repair through their official website. The confirmation email came with no shipping label attached. After chasing support, I eventually received one — except when DHL came to collect, it wouldn't scan. I ended up buying my own label at 83€, using the same destination address OnePlus had provided.DHL Netherlands attempted delivery and failed. The address was incorrect.
