Setting up a time at noon and then not showing up or even messaging until you have already given up waiting is incredibly disrespectful of your time. Especially for a free item where you are doing them a favor. The entitlement of getting upset after being a no-show is peak choosing beggar behavior. Free does not mean your schedule revolves around their convenience. Did they ever actually come pick it up or just keep making excuses?
