No, that's not what it says. It says "(10-11 hours) 4 nights a week." I think you're reading it wrong. Overnight PCAs are on duty all night, even if they only work 2.5 hours a night. In my comment I said the caregiver couldn't get a full night's sleep. They would need to get up periodically throughout the night to roll OP over. That's a lot to ask for $500/month and the caregiver still has living expenses.
