I'd like to welcome our shareholders and guests to NOVONIX' 2026 Annual General Meeting. We acknowledge the Jagera people and the Turrbal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet today. We pay our respects to Jagera and Turrbal Elders, past, present and emerging.Today, we're very pleased to welcome those of you at the meeting in person and those who are attending online through our virtual meeting platform provided by our share registrar, MUFG Corporate Markets Limited.I'll introduce the directors who are with us today; Michael O'Kronley, Tony Bellas, Bob Natter and Sharan Burrow.
