Rubanda West MP Moses Kamuntu has initiated legal action against Chris Mukiza, the Executive Director of the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS), following an alleged attempted shooting incident.According to reports, the incident is said to have occurred on Saturday evening at a hotel in Kololo, where a confrontation between the two reportedly escalated.
