Just one reason among many that I rarely disclose that I work from home. People are weirdly comfortable assuming you'd be available to watch their kids or run errands on their behalf. One ex-neighbor even directed a package delivery to my address instead (without even letting me know), and then got offended that I didn't answer the door to receive it (because I was in a meeting).
