In recent times, XAGUSD (Silver) emerged with massive bearish breakdowns towards the downside. It has shown up with massive bearish breakdowns towards the downside. In the first bearish pullback, it dropped over -47%. In the second bearish pullback, it dropped over -36%. Right now, I have spotted the next bearish signs, which are likely to determine the upcoming bearish outcomes. When looking at my chart, we can watch there how XAGUSD is forming this massive descending channel formation. Within this channel formation, it has already pulled back several times towards the downside from the upper boundary on. These pullbacks originated in bearish formations. Within the recent pullback dropping over -36%, there was a huge bear flag that set up this major bearish wave towards the downside. Right now, XAGUSD is forming the next of such a formation. This is a major bear flag formation. Within this bear flag formation, XAGUSD has already completed the wave count and pulled back down from the upper boundary. Also, the 65-MA marked in black and the 100-MA marked in red serve as major resistance levels. Once XAGUSD has broken down below the lower boundary of this huge bear flag formation, it will activate the bearish target zone and set up the next bearish wave.
