The two prominent spots are the centre of attraction for devotees, tourists and heritage lovers throughout the year in this constituency where farming and a few major industries co-exist. Like any other assembly segment in Pudukottai district, Viralimalai too is a rain-fed area with agriculture being the mainstay.
