Surviving a lengthy objection, And One More Time (Omaha Beach) returned to winning ways with a gate to wire victory in the Plenty of Grace Stakes.Making only two starts last season, the optional claiming contest in mid-September at Woodbine was her first start since she won that venue's GI Natalma Stakes almost a year prior in 2024. Her second, and final jump, as a 3-year-old was a runner-up effort in the Dec. 13 Tropical Park Oaks to 2026 GII Pegasus World Cup Filly and Mare Turf Invitational victress Destino d'Oro (Bolt d'Oro). And One More Time also contested that Gulfstream race Jan. 24, but faded to seventh in the cavalry charge to the wire. She was last seen Mar. 7 at Tampa Bay Downs fading to fifth in the GII Hillsborough Stakes as her rival collected a third victory in a row.It was a different story here with no Destino d'Oro to eyeball in the gate, and the betting public made her the even-money choice when the gates opened. Right to the front from there, And One More Time brushed with a rival coming off the blocks, and then made contact with unbeaten Accent (GB) (Pinatubo {Ire}) going into the first bend, but did manage to hold control of the tempo. Posting :23.92, :48.69, and six panels in 1:12.99, she briefly entertained pressure from Oversubscribed (GB) (Too Darn Hot {GB}) but responded well when asked for more at the quarter pole. Drifting out in upper stretch, she dug in gamely as the runner-up tried to reel her in, and held that rival to a three-quarter-length margin on the line.
