A minimum pay of Rs 69,000, fitment factor of 3.83, annual increment of 6%, merging 18 employee levels in the 7th Pay Commission into seven, minimum five promotions during service and restoring the Old Pension Scheme (OPS) are some of the 8th Pay Commission-related demands of the draft committee of National Council (Joint Consultative Machinery).
