This girl was walking, holding her small kid’s hand. In the rain. With the kid closest to the road. I threw a U-turn to get to them. I saw later she was on our local FB page as a known scammer. That was her schtick. Walk down high speed roads with her kid walking beside her. Absolutely infuriating
