Honestly I think a clear hard line to draw is when a team can win their league & the CL, that would definitively make them the best team in the world. Had Inter won last year, no one was gonna say they’re the best in the world. Tuchel’s Chelsea weren’t the best team in Europe & just about scraped through for CL qualification in the PL that szn.
