Sikyong Penpa Tsering to Embark on Official Visit to Delhi and Bylakuppe; Will Attend 37th Birthday of the 11th Panchen Lama at Tashi Lhunpo MonasteryDharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering will embark on an official visit to Delhi and Bylakuppe from 23 to 27 April 2026. Sikyong will depart Dharamshala for Delhi on 23 April and travel onward to Bengaluru on 24 April, before proceeding to Bylakuppe to attend an event on 25 April 2026.As part of his official programme, Sikyong is scheduled to attend the 37th birth anniversary commemoration of the 11th Panchen Lama, Gedhun Choekyi Nyima, at Tashi Lhunpo Monastery in the Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement at the invitation of the Chhodhi Tashi Lhunpo Cultural Society.Following this, on 28 and 29 April 2026, Sikyong will engage with key government officials in Delhi as part of his official engagements.
