Oil exports from Kazakhstan via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium's Black Sea terminal have been halted. Bad weather and full storage tanks are the immediate reasons. A Ukrainian drone attack in November also disrupted operations. This has caused a significant drop in Kazakhstan's oil production and exports.
