Ugh, I feel your pain!! I'm disabled, so I get a lot of stuff delivered. For the most regular places, like Walmart, I go into the "special delivery instructions" section and explain precisely where in my condo complex I am. Still, about 1/3 of the time, I end up being emailed delivery photos of my stuff very clearly left on someone else's deck halfway across the complex. I have called to complain numerous times, explaining that I am disabled and cannot go hiking across creation to get my stuff - that's the whole reason I get delivered stuff in the first place. One time, the customer service rep actually told me outright, "The delivery instructions? Oh, the drivers don't usually bother reading those..." 🤦
