Cleaning isn’t a hobby generally it’s a chore. Gardening often is. For some it’s a chore to weed a garden for others it’s what they choose to do to relax. I made a living off of people who voluntarily chose to buy and maintain gardens (I owned a garden centre) for 6 years. So I promise there are people out there who would see a project like this and be willing to do it for free. It’s just a matter of whether OOP is willing to give them anything for it. It’s a pay it forward page so, the idea is not to exchange money but good deeds or favours. The only problem with OOP’s post is that they don’t say that they are willing to help others out in any particular way.
