Blackstone and Bagmane Group-backed Bagmane Prime Office REIT has filed draft papers for a Rs 4,000 crore REIT issue, which would become India’s sixth listed REIT. The portfolio is anchored in Bengaluru and includes about 20 million sq ft of Grade A office space, with nearly 98% occupancy.
