IndiGo has revised several cockpit crew allowances, including payments for domestic layovers, deadhead travel, night flying and aircraft tail-swaps, with the changes set to take effect from January 1, 2026. Under the new structure, domestic layover allowances for stays between 10 and 24 hours have been raised by 50%, with captains set to receive ₹3,000 and first officers ₹1,500.
