BTW any well run building has close to zero turnover on staff. These are great union Jobs. Everyone in a co-op building knows to tip over the holidays. You would never get a message about it. This was written by a condo board of managers. They may have many more nonresident tenants, subletters, people who would not be as familiar with NY. Still a note like this would seem to indicate the Resident Manager/Superintendent isn’t doing his job/the President of the board is one of his cronies.
