Former Australian Test cricketer Damien Martyn is in critical condition and has been placed in an induced coma after being diagnosed with meningitis. The 54-year-old, a 2003 World Cup winner, fell ill on Boxing Day and is receiving intensive medical treatment. Support has poured in from the cricket community for the gifted batsman.
