Supply of water by Hyderabad Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) will be disrupted by 18 hours in some parts of the city, from 10 a.m. on Saturday (January 3, 2026) to 4 a.m. on Sunday. Emergency repairs will be taken up to fix the leakages to the 1600 mm diameter Phase-III main pipeline between Pedapur and Singapur, under the Singoor project. This is a main source of water to the city. Besides, Electricity department will take up some works at the Peddapur feeder near 132 KV Kandi Substation.
