Latest PPF interest rate: The Finance Ministry has confirmed that interest rates for small savings schemes, including the Public Provident Fund (PPF), will remain unchanged for the January-March 2026 quarter. PPF investors will continue to earn a tax-free interest of 7.1% on their deposits. This rate has been consistent since 2020.
