What are the main events for today?

It's going to be kind of a synthetic Sunday today with North America on holiday (although US stock markets will be open) and lack of key events. The focus will remain on the US-China tariff headlines after more soothing words from Trump and other US officials started the "de-escalation trade". Now the ball is in China's court although they've already clarified that their measures were not an export ban and in any case the US started to implement restrictions first. We have also a couple of central bank speakers coming up today but they've been repeating the same thing over and over again for two weeks now and they are unlikely to change their stance given the lack of key economic data due to the shutdown.
