Samsung updates Galaxy M56 with One UI 8

Samsung Galaxy M56 users, there’s some good news for you. The South Korean tech giant has released the One UI 8.0 (Android 16) update for your device (via Samsung Community). Currently, the brand is offering it in India. The update is 1,957.23 MB and has firmware version M566BXXU3BYI6. We expect Samsung to release the update in other regions in the next few days. Even though the company is offering the update in October, it comes with the September 2025 security patch. That means the phone will soon get another update, which will upgrade its security with the October 2025 security patch.
