When Producer Didi got checked into a rehabilitation facility over drug abuse, few got to know what exactly was troubling him.Having made a strong recovery after a year and a half, Didi is finally opening up about the dark chapter in his life.He revealed that his addiction didn’t start with the use of weed or marijuana, but with a painkiller that was given to him from the hospital as he treated his pancreas through a drip of tramadol. It all began when I started having problems with my pancreas. I was put on a drip of tramadol. It’s a drug that many people use, but it’s extremely addictive, more dangerous than most people realize. What began as a prescribed treatment for chronic pain turned into a full-blown addiction. Over the course of a year, Didi found himself dependent on tramadol, a powerful opioid painkiller, to the point that his appetite vanished and his daily life became consumed by the drug. After a year of treatment, he found himself addicted to the medicine and warns that tramadol is a very dangerous drug that many youth are falling victim to.Singer Vinka shares why her husband is a true blessingI got so used to it that I wasn’t eating anymore. Tramadol is very dangerous. Many young people are falling into the trap of abusing it without knowing the damage it causes.Didi warns that modern painkillers prescribed in hospitals are becoming the silent culprits behind many cases of addiction.“There are now modern drugs that most people use, yet are from the hospital (pain killers). When you visit rehab centers, many are being admitted there because of painkillers and not weed,” Didi said. @sanyukatvug VIDEO: Drug use is on the rise these days.- Producer Didi #SanyukaBigendaBitya #SanyukaUpdates ♬ original sound – Sanyuka TV The post Producer Didi: Hospital painkillers led to my addiction appeared first on MBU.
