On intensified H-1B visa scrutiny by the Trump administration and anti-outsourcing rhetoric in the US, TCS CEO K Krithivasan said it has not caused major disruption for TCS yet, adding that the Tata group company has deliberately cut reliance on onsite visas, is scaling local hiring across markets, and used only 500 H-1B visas this financial year so far.
