Swift entered the stadium without being photographed. After the game started, she was filmed cheering on Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs with his dad, Ed Kelce. Last season, she avoided going to away games as well. In October 2024, a source told Page Six that her team made the decision largely for her safety: “She’s not going anywhere unless she knows the venue intimately, and it has been thoroughly scouted and secured in advance.”This is the first season Swift has attended Kelce’s games without being shown on camera. The star admitted this past week that she’s become quite skilled at moving around unnoticed. When BBC Radio 2’s Scott Mills asked Swift what part of being a spy she’d be best at, she responded, “I think the entering and exiting building without being seen. Just put me in a garbage can, roll me, I don’t care. Honestly, I can fit in like, a purse. Sometimes I just can’t deal with it [the paparazzi and attention] and in those times, I won’t deal with it. I’m just digging tunnels under every building I go into, airlifting in through the skylight.”In the same interview, she spoke passionately about how much she and Kelce support each other’s careers. “It just is the most fun thing in the world to be able to support each other and the polarity of how different our jobs are,” she began. “But there’s a lot of similarities, too. We both as a living, as a job, as a passion, perform for three-and-a-half hours in NFL stadiums. We both do three-and-a-half hour shows to entertain people...in NFL stadiums. When I’m in those stadiums, it’s a dressing room. But when he’s in those exact same stadiums, it’s a locker room. For him, it’s practice. For me, it’s rehearsal. For him, it’s a game; for me, it’s a show. We just call them different things. We both have teams. It’s a very similar thing, and we’re both competitive in fun ways—not in ways that eat away at us, but we just love it.”Kelce last played on Monday against the Jacksonville Jaguars—a game Swift missed while in New York City filming The Tonight Show following her album release. She told Fallon she had her partner on her mind during their chat: “It’s game day; my head is very much there,” she said. She’ll return to the public eye tomorrow morning, as Good Morning America announced earlier today that Swift will be making an announcement on Monday’s show.View full post on X
