Why the hell can’t dad learn how to manage 2 kids? Since they are apparently religious, a lot of churches have free care a few times a week so the 2 year old can go there. And if the infant is that sick, I’m sure they could apply for free assistance and get actual medical care but I’m leaning towards the baby not being as sick as they claim.
