IndiGo announced travel vouchers worth Rs 10,000 for severely impacted customers following major flight disruptions. The airline will also compensate passengers whose flights were cancelled within 24 hours of departure with Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000. Refunds for cancelled flights have been initiated, with most already processed.
