Tejas Networks will deploy over 50,000 TJ1400 routers that will cover 57,000 GPs (Gram Panchayats) and 2000 blocks across the nation, under the BharatNet Phase-III program. BharatNet is a flagship initiative of the Indian government aimed at creating a transformative impact in rural India by bridging the digital divide between urban and rural communities.
