Goa nightclub owners Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra sought anticipatory bail in a Delhi court. They were booked in a criminal case after a fire at their club killed 25 people. The court refused interim relief. Non-bailable warrants have been issued against them in Goa. The court questioned the maintainability of their plea as they are not in India.
