It reads:“Brian Kirumira alias Bryan White, Daisy Nalunga, Daphine Abaho, Naava Nakato, and Irene Joyce Nambalirwa, between the months of October and November 2025, at Kyamula, Makindye Division, in Kampala District, conspired together to commit a felony, to wit: giving false information and doing a rash and negligent act causing death.”It continues that the accused,“did a rash and negligent act which resulted in the death of one Caroline Nalubwama, contrary to Section 227 of the Penal Code Act.”Prosecutors further accuse the group of trying to mislead police,“by giving false information to a public officer, to wit, that the deceased sustained burns accidentally, well knowing that such information was false and intended to mislead investigations.”The incident that has now turned Bryan White’s mansion into a crime scene happened on October 23, 2025, when Caroline Nalubwama allegedly suffered fatal burns inside the luxurious home. She later died of her injuries.In court, the four women appeared visibly shaken as the charges were read. Bryan White’s wife, Daisy, looked down throughout the session, while one of her co-accused quietly wept.
