Although horizontal head and shoulders patterns are more reliable, this one looks like it could play out based on where RSIs currently sit. If we're able to break above the neckline, I think we can see a sharp move up to retest the top resistance levels before falling further. I took a position down here in the low $15 range, will be looking to get out around $29-31.
