If you think that you may be taken into custody, move your application for anticipatory bail or bail.”The HC will hear her plea against the FIR in due course. As reported by The Indian Express, Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Pune city police on Monday clarified that Tejwani and Digvijay Patil, accused of graft and irregularities in the land deal involving Amadea had no link with the irregularities in connection with Bopodi land.Story continues below this adThe police had claimed a separate FIR had been registered related to Mundhwa land against Patil and Tejwani, who allegedly had power of attorney on behalf of the original land owners.Stay updated with the latest - Click here to follow us on Instagram© The Indian Express Pvt LtdTags:Bombay High CourtMumbai
