Anyone who applied at University, got rejected, then appealed and got accepted? (UJ)

Wait 5 sec.

Hey everyone, I’m just looking for some insight or experiences. Has anyone here applied for a degree at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), got rejected at first, but then submitted an appeal/letter of motivation and ended up being accepted? I’m trying to figure out if appealing is worth a shot and what the process/outcome was like for others. Did you send additional documents? Explain your situation? How long did they take to respond? Its for an online degree btw and I did meet the minimum APS points requirements which is why I'm not sure why I was rejected Any advice or personal stories would really help.
