Russia's FSB claims to have foiled a plot by Ukrainian and British intelligence to steal a MiG-31 jet armed with a Kinzhal missile for $3 million. The agency stated the hijacked aircraft was intended to be flown to a NATO air base in Romania as part of a large-scale provocation.
